5 Songs I Can't Live Without!!

Hi Hi Hi,

We're in Albany now....playing tonight at the Sawyer Theatre.  Any of you coming out for the show?  We've been on tour for a while now and it's been so much fun!!  But as you can imagine we've spent  ALOT of time on the bus.

Here are 5 of my favorite songs that we've been listening to over and over ..... and over again on the bus...and of course singing along to at the top of our lungs.  Our driver's probably about ready to strangle us ;)

JEFF BUCKLEY "LAST GOODBYE"

LORI MCKENNA "ONE MAN"

RACHAEL YAMAGATA "ELEPHANT"

JONI MITCHELL "FREE MAN IN PARIS"

WATERBOYS "WHOLE OF THE MOON"

BTW....I was so impressed with how many of you turned in your "FAVORITES" lists that here's homework assignment #2 --

If you were on a bus driving cross country, what would your 5 "MUST HAVE" songs be?

Post your lists as a comment and I promise I'll be checking back in after the show tonight!  I'm in need of some new tunes for my ipod, so I can't wait to see what songs you LURVE.......

xo

I think that if you're going to have a dance around, sing at the top of your lungs playlist, it just has to have AC/DC's Shook Me All Night Long. You can't argue with a guy named Angus.

Okay, the others are just personal preference:

- You're the Best Around by Joe Esposito (Karate Kid Soundtrack)
- Sabatoge by The Beastie Boys
- What's the Frequency, Kenneth? or The Great Beyond by REM
- Dancing for Rain by Rise Against (If you can make it to the chorus, you'll love the song)

and I would probably throw Bubbly by Colbie Caillat on there because that's my song for the moment (and I like scrunching my nose during the chorus).
